Eligibility:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for size issues, damaged products, or incorrect items received, and a clear 360° unboxing video from start to finish is mandatory to raise any request.

Request Timeframe: 

• All return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with the required unboxing video. (Requests without proof cannot be processed.)

Product Condition: 

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories in place, and must be unused and free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations to be eligible for a return.

Refund Timeline:

• Refund processing begins after the returned product is received and verified.
• Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 business days after approval.
• Usually, it may take around 7 working days from pickup to completion.

Refund Method: 

• Approved refunds will be issued via GPay, PhonePe or bank transfer.
